The Appraisal Institute is the leading, national organization that promotes the training and professionalism of the appraisal industry.  These requirements surpass all state requirements.  In California less than two percent of the appraisers have SRA® designations. It is only awarded to residential appraisers who pass the required Appraisal Institute courses, peer review, and attain the required level of experience. 

You need an appraiser who has a wide range of skills and experience.  As a certified general licensed appraiser, I can appraise both residential and commercial properties.  My expertise is residential properties and apartments.  During my 19 year appraising career, I have honed my skills as a bank staff appraiser, and as an independent contractor.  I have provided appraisal services to many lenders, attorneys, accountants and private parties.

As both the candidate advisor for the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and as Chair person for the southern branch of the chapter, I keep up on the evolving best practices and standards to better serve you.
